HERE'S A LITTLE ABOUT US
WE'RE TCLC!
Testimonial Community Love Center (TCLC) is a private, non-profit, secular organization initiated in 1984 and incorporated in 1991 to serve low-income and homeless persons in the greater South-Central Los Angeles area.
With over 30 years of homeless services experience, TCLC provides emergency and interim housing to homeless families and individuals in the South Central community of Los Angeles.
Our purpose is to provide families and individuals experiencing homelessness, housing, and services so they can develop the skills and resources needed to resume or begin independent living.
A LITTLE HELP GOES A LONG WAY
DONATE TODAY
This program seeks to quickly re-house Angelenos experiencing homelessness with an emphasis on those that are vulnerable to COVID 19. This will ensure safety for vulnerable populations that are at high risk and hospitalization and death if infected with COVID 19.
TLS PROGRAM
Roadmap Interim Housing provides a safe and secure shelter for adults, families, and youth that incorporates low-barrier, trauma-informed care, and harm reduction policies and procedures in our program design and housing operations.
ROADMAP INTERIM HOUSING PROGRAM
Crisis Housing is a short-term 24-hour residence designed to support individuals and households while they are being quickly assessed and connected to a broad range of housing services suited to meet their current needs.
CRISIS HOUSING PROGRAM FOR ALL POPULATIONS
MOBILE SHOWERS PROGRAM
Due to the expansive geography of the County of Los Angeles, people experiencing homelessness often have difficulty accessing essential services that will help them maintain their personal health. This program seeks to alleviate that by providing access to public shower facilities.
FOOD PROGRAM
This is a federally funded emergency services program that distributes food, clothing, and hotel vouchers to any individuals or families experiencing homelessness. We give away food and clothing every Thursday at 8:00 AM
SUPPORTIVE PET SHELTER
We house supportive animals (currently only dogs) in a separate dwelling called the PET HOUSE. Each pet has its own kennel and is provided meals and services that include veterinarian, spay and neuter, and behavioral support on-site, two days a week.
